Florida Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Bilingual in English and Spanish, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Account Manager will manage client service needs, develop marketing strategies for new and renewal business, and ensure accurate insurance processing while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for new and renewal business in collaboration with Producers
• Advise clients on coverage changes and negotiate quotes with Underwriters
• Respond to client inquiries, manage cancellations, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines with complex accounts
• Valid 2-20 Florida insurance license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Some college education preferred
• Experience with professional firms preferred
