Florida Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant who will support financial reporting and the financial close processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and perform detailed general ledger account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements and assist with ERP system optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of professional accounting or finance experience required
• Healthcare financial management experience is highly desirable
• Demonstrated knowledge of hospital finance and patient financial data systems
