Job Summary

Leading the process of setting business targets and monitoring performance, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Accountant will prepare financial statements, analyze general ledger accounts, and provide recommendations for improving financial results in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports using general ledger accounting software
• Analyze general ledger accounts to identify and resolve unusual transactions
• Prepare and review financial reports for management and respond to auditor inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis
• Advanced knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and GAAP
• Experience with accounting software packages
• CPA certification preferred
• Ability to train others and communicate financial information effectively
