Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Audit and Reimbursement Senior Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts audits and desk reviews of Medicare cost reports and provider payments
• Mentors and trains junior auditors while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations
• Maintains constructive provider relations and advises on Medicare policy questions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in auditing, accounting, finance, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of Medicare cost report auditing experience
• Experience as an in-charge auditor for large or complex hospitals
• Ability to prepare workpapers according to CMS standards
• Demonstrated leadership skills and effective mentoring abilities
