Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst - Health & Welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead health & welfare plan design initiatives focusing on cost optimization and member experience
  • Partner with HR teams and vendors to support market harmonization and ensure local readiness
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee performance guarantees, and support enterprise-level RFPs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive benefits and/or program management experience
  • Experience consolidating multiple benefit programs into a unified structure is highly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen related to self-funded health plans
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration software and HRIS systems
