Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst - Health & Welfare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead health & welfare plan design initiatives focusing on cost optimization and member experience
- Partner with HR teams and vendors to support market harmonization and ensure local readiness
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee performance guarantees, and support enterprise-level RFPs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field required
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive benefits and/or program management experience
- Experience consolidating multiple benefit programs into a unified structure is highly preferred
- Strong financial acumen related to self-funded health plans
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration software and HRIS systems
