A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical and indemnity benefits
• Analyze case facts to establish reserves and collaborate with legal teams to address litigation and complex issues
• Mentor team members and maintain communication with internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of related claims experience, including complex claim handling
• Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation laws and claim management procedures
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred
• Insurance designations such as WCCP, AIC, ARM, or CPCU are preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
