Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, utilizing decision-making skills to analyze claims exposure, ensure effective communication among involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while documenting and communicating claim activity efficiently
  • Interact extensively with clients and other parties to facilitate effective claim resolution and enhance the claims management process
  • Ensure compliance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and statutory requirements while applying industry best practices
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims, including lost time/indemnity and litigation
  • Active Adjusters' license for Florida or reciprocal state
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with claims and business software
