Applying their claims management expertise, the fully remote Florida Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' license for Florida or reciprocal
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
