Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Counsel to provide legal support for commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on complex issues and represent the company in litigation and regulatory proceedings
• Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts for procurement of EPC and construction services
• Ensure compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct and report legal issues to management

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate
• At least 10 years of experience in a top law firm supporting the energy and utility industries
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for power generation equipment
• Experience representing electric utilities and independent power producers
• Member in Good Standing of State Bar
