Florida Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff narratives
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficient in managing full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
