Florida Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to less experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trials
• Mentor junior attorneys and maintain routine communication with clients

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
