Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and developing compelling case strategies in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
