Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while developing compelling case themes and mentoring junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Develop a compelling case theme to counter plaintiff strategies effectively
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
