Florida Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to litigation teams and cultivating client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparation
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior attorneys within the team

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proficiency in managing full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
