Job Summary

Experienced Florida Licensed Senior Counsel will independently manage litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, in a full-time role that offers flexible work arrangements, while providing leadership and mentoring to junior attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and strategies to counter plaintiff arguments
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys and maintain client communications

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
