Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials while developing compelling case themes and providing leadership to less experienced attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and direction to junior attorneys and cultivate client relationships

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
• Experience with insurance defense matters preferred
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities independently
