Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage litigation cases, handle court appearances, and mentor junior attorneys while working in a flexible environment that supports remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
