Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes litigation cases, including court appearances and trials, while cultivating client relationships and providing leadership to junior attorneys in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys

Required qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Florida
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
