Seeking a Florida Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while leading litigation teams and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances and trial preparation
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while maintaining routine client communications
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Florida
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
