Florida Licensed Senior Director of Pricing

Job Summary

Working remotely in Florida, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Senior Director of Pricing will manage the company's deal underwriting model, ensuring financial returns on new sales opportunities and customer retention while collaborating closely with sales and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and revise the underwriting model, including training for new associates and participation in Weekly Sales Handoff meetings
• Create and manage a process guidebook for underwriting to ensure compliance among sales, legal, and operational teams
• Prepare and analyze contract renewals and amendments, providing financial insights and support throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA is a plus
• Six to ten years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or pricing/business underwriting
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Must reside in South Florida
