Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic HR Consultant - Senior Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR consultant for assigned clients, managing onboarding through retention
• Lead compliance audits and implement corrective actions
• Advise on employment law matters and conduct investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, with 3-4 years in direct HR consulting
• Active PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Must reside in Florida and have prior remote work experience
