Job Summary

Joining a high-performing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Inside Broker will market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial property business while working in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Market, quote, negotiate, and bind new and renewal commercial property business
• Analyze submissions to identify appropriate markets, pricing, coverage, terms, and conditions
• Negotiate complex renewals and new placements with top insurance carriers and wholesale markets

Required qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty license and/or Surplus Lines license
• 5+ years of wholesale insurance brokerage experience
• Strong background in Commercial Property placements
• Experience handling high volume, fast-paced brokerage workflows for large, complex commercial property accounts
• Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers and wholesale markets
