Job Summary

Managing multiple medium to large-sized projects, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior IT Project Manager will oversee project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation while ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages project status and communications, ensuring project objectives are met within specified time frames and budgets
• Facilitates the development of project scope statements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create project schedules
• Proactively manages changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, providing regular updates and resolving conflicts and risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex IT projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online or Jira
• Experience in stakeholder identification and management, including executive-level stakeholders
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies, including PMI and Agile
