Job Summary

To manage complex, high-exposure claims for governmental entities in Florida, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Liability Adjuster will independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims across multiple liability lines while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex and high-severity claims across multiple liability lines
• Negotiate favorable settlements on high-value and complex claims while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and applicable regulations
• Collaborate with defense counsel to develop and execute litigation and defense strategies for claims involving governmental entities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of claims adjusting experience with a focus on complex, high-exposure liability claims
• Experience with public entity or governmental claims is strongly preferred
• Florida Adjuster License (or ability to obtain) is required
• Multi-line experience required, including Auto, General Liability, Employment Practices, Law Enforcement, and Public Officials Liability
• Proven ability to negotiate complex and high-value claims and manage litigated claims effectively
