Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - Middle Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to generate new business and deal flow
• Engage with borrowers to expand relationships and increase loan production
• Monitor credit quality and manage risk exposure of the portfolio

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred
• 10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending experience
• Established relationships and proven track record in direct origination
• Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex loans
• Formal credit training preferred
