Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Quality Auditor Risk Adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and document quality accuracy audits of ICD-10 coding for internal and external coders and vendors
• Advise and train internal coders on proper coding practices and documentation guidelines
• Identify trends in audit findings and assist leadership in improving audit processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment Coding, Auditing, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder from AAPC) certification required upon hire
• At least one additional coding certification required upon hire (CPC, COC, CIC, CCS, or CCS-P)
• Knowledge of CMS and HHS Risk Adjustment Programs
