Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine public records and legal documents to assess the legal condition of property titles
• Identify title defects, restrictions, and encumbrances, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with escrow teams and clients to resolve title issues and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of title examination experience preferred; candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of title examination practices and chain of title review
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and identify discrepancies
• Experience with real property databases and title information systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
