Florida Licensed Senior Title Examiner

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time Florida Licensed Senior Title Examiner will review agent orders and instructions to prepare and deliver title products, focusing on Florida transactions, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review agent orders and instructions to prepare commitment packages, Title Search Reports, and other title-related documents
• Perform title searches using title search software and county websites, verifying property tax records and conducting grantor/grantee searches
• Collect and analyze publicly recorded documents to establish a complete chain of title and identify any pending litigation

Required Qualifications

• Experience examining multi-parcel transactions and handling complex litigation cases such as Bankruptcy, Probate, and Foreclosure
• Mapping experience and familiarity with title search systems like ResWare and RamQuest
• Ability to work directly with Underwriting on large transactions exceeding $1 million
• Proficiency in preparing Pro Forma Policies and interpreting metes and bounds legal descriptions
