Key Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
• Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
• Offers legal counsel to business clients and manages collaboration among legal teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active state bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Significant experience in litigation, particularly in bodily injury and property damage cases
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with teams
