Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney to handle bodily injury litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents insured individuals and the company in the defense of bodily injury matters
• Manages all phases of bodily injury litigation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Provides legal advice and guidance on case strategy and risk to claims partners and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• 4+ years of litigation experience focused on bodily injury or insurance defense
• First or second chair jury trial experience in bodily injury cases is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
