Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Underwriting Counsel (FL).

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial and residential title closings and assist agents with closing issues
• Support regulatory efforts and manage high liability approvals while providing training to agents
• Advise on escrow and title closing issues and participate in marketing and education initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Juris Doctorate required
• 7+ years of title insurance underwriting experience and real estate transactional background
• Supervisory responsibilities and ability to travel up to approximately 30%
• Member of Bar Association with a license to practice law in at least one assigned state
• Knowledge of real estate law and state-specific title insurance regulations
