Florida Licensed Service Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Service Engineer will perform complex diagnostics on light applied equipment, maintain effective communication with key customers and field teams, and prepare reports for senior leadership, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintains effective communications with key customers and field team members to ensure product enhancements are complete and accurate
- Acts as the subject matter expert in product knowledge and performs highly complex diagnostic procedures
- Prepares reports for senior leadership that display interpreted test information to resolve design and system-related problems
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience with light applied equipment (e.g., Applied Rooftop Units, Air Cooled Chillers)
- 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Clean and valid driver's license
