Florida Licensed SIU Investigator

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Florida Licensed SIU Investigator, the candidate will investigate complex and potentially fraudulent claims, coordinate with various agencies, and mentor new hires while residing in the Miami Dade county area.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of large loss and multi-injury claims using various investigative techniques
• Document investigative actions and prepare reports for state fraud bureaus, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
• Assist in training initiatives and provide temporary direction to other investigators as needed

Required qualifications

• A minimum of four years as a Special Investigator II or three years with relevant certifications (FCLS, CIFI, or CFE)
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for a company vehicle under the company's policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a working knowledge of digital photo/document metadata
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using the internet and social networking for investigative purposes
