Florida Licensed Social Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Service Plus Specialist, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to calls from clients' members or patients regarding eligibility for benefits and access to community social services
• Engages members in assessments to identify needs and eligibility for resources related to social determinants of health
• Documents all member contacts and maintains accurate records based on established procedures

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a professional office and fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service Center
• At least one year of experience in social services or healthcare is desired
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows operating system
