Job Summary
To support the spiritual well-being of patients, the full-time Florida Licensed Spiritual Caregiver will assess spiritual needs, develop care plans, and respond to referrals in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Assess spiritual needs of patients and provide appropriate interventions
- Develop spiritual care plans by identifying objectives, interventions, and desired outcomes
- Respond to referrals and inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in theological studies, healthcare, business, or a related area
- Successful completion of a Level 1A unit of Clinical Pastoral Education from an ACPE accredited center
- Personal commitment to God
- Ability to relate to individuals from diverse religious and cultural backgrounds
- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Suite programs
