Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Accounting, Growth Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
• Manage the month-end close process and collaborate on KPI analysis and budget preparation
• Supervise the accounting team and lead process improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience in a senior management role, preferably at a publicly traded company
• Experience in insurance brokerage is highly preferred
• CPA certification is required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience in a SOX environment
