Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform desk review of property valuation products and provide written justification for any differing value conclusions
• Guide staff on property valuation strategies and ensure compliance with service levels
• Monitor and report on the performance of appraisers and appraisal management companies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Current certification to perform residential appraisals
• Prior field experience in residential property appraisals
• Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
