Job Summary

Performing desk review analysis of property valuation products, the remote Florida Licensed Staff Appraiser will collaborate with appraisal management companies to ensure accurate property valuations while providing guidance to team members and maintaining service level standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk reviews of property valuation products and document any discrepancies in value conclusions
• Advise staff on property valuation strategies and ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Report any performance concerns regarding appraisers or appraisal management companies to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in residential appraisals
• Current certification to perform residential appraisals
• Prior field experience in residential property appraisals
• Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
