Job Summary

Performing desk review analysis on property valuation products, the full-time Florida Licensed Staff Appraiser will collaborate with appraisal management companies to ensure accurate property valuations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk reviews of property valuation products and provide written justifications for any differing value conclusions
• Guide staff on property valuation strategies and ensure adherence to service level agreements
• Communicate concerns regarding appraiser performance and the appraisal management process to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in residential appraisals
• Current certification to perform residential appraisals
• Prior field experience in performing residential property appraisals
• Functional understanding of USPAP regulations
