Florida Licensed Staff Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney II - Sr Counsel (multi-level).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides legal counsel to the corporation and its subsidiaries
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Participates in litigation and performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school
• Admission to the bar or equivalent in jurisdiction outside the U.S
• Eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel
• Four (4) years of experience in relevant area of law specialization
• Demonstrated competency in legal practice
