Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with surgical staff to assess and troubleshoot surgical procedures
• Maintains high standards in the sterilization process and acts as a mentor for the team
• Oversees the distribution of instrument trays and ensures compliance with infection control procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Nationally certified through HSPA or CBSPD
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing
• Maintains required CEUs in accordance with certifying body
