Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subrogation Counsel (First Party Auto Property Damage).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate auto property damage subrogation claims
• Represent the company in all phases of litigation and arbitration
• Provide legal guidance on Florida auto insurance laws and subrogation rights

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in auto property damage subrogation or insurance litigation
• Strong knowledge of Florida auto insurance law and litigation procedures
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
