Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Leader - Substation to lead a team responsible for substation engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team overseeing engineering tasks for Greenfield and Brownfield substation projects from conception through construction
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to secure substation sites and manage engineering deliverables
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to ensure project success and compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering
• Experience in supervisory or management roles
• Preferred certifications: Certified Professional Engineer (PE), Six Sigma certifications
• Master's degree is a plus
