Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to customer service excellence, the full-time Florida Licensed Support Center Supervisor will oversee operations to ensure effective handling of member and provider inquiries, manage escalations, and support quality improvement initiatives, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight for the member and provider support center, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage escalations and address complex inquiries related to enrollment, claims, and medical care referrals
  • Hire, train, and develop team members while holding them accountable for performance and departmental goals
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of customer service or call center experience, including 3 years in a call center environment
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, including Medicaid and Medicare
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software programs
