Job Summary
Leading a team dedicated to customer service excellence, the full-time Florida Licensed Support Center Supervisor will manage escalations, address complex member inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the member and provider support center, ensuring exemplary service delivery
- Manage escalations effectively, ensuring accountability and timely communication to resolution
- Hire, train, develop, and manage the support center team to achieve departmental goals
Required qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- At least 5 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience, including 3 years in a call center environment
- Understanding of insurance products such as Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace enrollment processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
