Job Summary

Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, the full-time Florida Licensed Surety Account Manager will act as a Surety Agent, securing coverage for customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and carriers, providing expert guidance and solutions
  • Independently manage client relationships, bond cycles, and submissions to underwriters
  • Process requests related to bonds, endorsements, audits, and coordinate claims/loss control services efficiently
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in the field of Surety
  • Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Solid knowledge of surety regulations and familiarity with contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn AMS360, Erlon, or ImageRight software
