Florida Licensed Survey Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Survey Project Manager will oversee land surveying tasks for transportation projects, manage project schedules and budgets, and provide guidance to both office staff and field crews, with opportunities for remote, hybrid, or onsite work in Central Florida (Orlando/Tampa/Lakeland).

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to office staff and field crews
• Oversee survey aspects of civil engineering projects and direct the preparation of various survey maps
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with multiple team members

Required qualifications

• Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Florida or ability to obtain within one year preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying and transportation project management
• AAS or BS Degree in Surveying is preferred
• Experience with Microstation and Geopak software, with OpenRoads Designer experience being a plus
• Proven track record of building client relationships in the surveying and mapping industry
