Florida Licensed SVP of Finance

Job Summary

Serving as the primary finance partner to the North American leadership team, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed SVP of Finance will drive forecasting, analysis, and commercial insight while overseeing cash flow management and compliance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the NAmer CEO and leadership team to translate financial data into strategic insights and challenge assumptions
• Own the NAmer forecasting process, delivering validated monthly forecasts for revenue, costs, and profitability
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure compliance with financial operations, including audits and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Qualified through a recognized accounting body (CPA or equivalent) with 12+ years of finance experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Background in professional services, tech-enabled services, or media is essential
• Proven experience as a regional Finance Director or VP of Finance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with a focus on actionable insights
• Experience managing and developing finance teams, with a commitment to people progression
