Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, recruitment, selection, and hiring of candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify staffing needs by meeting with managers and reviewing job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various channels, including community services, colleges, and social media
  • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process and provide training to new managers on the interview and selection process
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required; College degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of sourcing or recruiting and hiring experience
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
  • Competent understanding of current employment laws at local, state, and federal levels
  • Ability to plan, initiate, administer, and evaluate recruitment programs
