Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians, source candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians, including RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assist with onboarding and credentialing processes

Required qualifications

• College education required or currently pursuing
• Home health or healthcare experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and learning ATS systems
